GOD - Goals On Demand
We are 43 games into the 2038/2039 PSHL season and Silas Everett has been scoring goals on demand for a Utah team who has looked....better...??? This season. Perhaps better is a strong word for a team that looks to finish even with results froma season prior. However, this season feels hopeful with a team being driven currently by the teams youth core. Young veterans like Preston Califf and Kiril Nomerovsky, as well as newly minted team captain Silas Everett. All this, despite averaging 30 minutes less ice time a night, our boy is learning cost effectiveness and we love it! Everett has 12 goals in his last 11 games played. This outburst has catapulted him to 4th in league scoring. With the league leader sitting 10 goals ahead, we don't think a scoring title is in the cards for this season, but if he remains consistent he could joint he 50 goal club in his 4th PSHL season.
Yotes Prospect Andrei Titlyanov - Draft Day Steal?
The Arizona Coyotes will look to re-tool in the next season or two - with a rough 2036-2037 behind them. Now, in the off-season. We can look to the future and deep dive on what could come next for a team shackled by a few veteran contracts. One such player is Andrey Titlyanov - the 'Yotes 5th round choice - 150th overall in the 2036 draft. Titlyanov loves the spotlight and the 6'1 Russian forward loves to put on a show when he scores. Lighting the lamp 11 times in the VHL this season. "He plays a responsible two-way game, with his strength being defence. However, he has produced points in every league he has played in. We were really shocked he fell to us last year in round 5 - he played most of the season in the RUS-U18 league and had 21 points in 14 games. He added 10 games int he VHL and had 6 points. He looked really good this year the times we got over to see him - really impressed. We are startign to see a lot of great young Cs coming up - Calif, Juntunen, Nomerovsky and Titlyanov as well. It is exciting."
