A win? In this economy?
The Nordiques pulled out a win after an eight game losing streak. On the back of a strong game from Artyom Galeyev and his two goals and an assist. 35 shots in the game certainly helps from a team that it typically gets shelled by its opposition. A late push from the Ducks didn't help as they fought off the late pushfrom their opposition. Galayev has movedinto second inteam scoring with18 points in his 26 games.
The Nordiques look like (for now) that they have completed their rotation of resting players and we should see their full roster over the next few weeks
Aleksi Lundén Off to a Steady Start with the Avalanche
In his first three PSHL games, 19-year-old Aleksi Lundén has made a steady entry into the league with the Colorado Avalanche. Averaging 10:58 of ice time, Lundén scored his first career goal on November 5th against the Florida Panthers, a promising milestone early in his PSHL journey. He’s also collected a respectable +2 rating in his initial outings. While not flashy, his performance hints at solid potential, and the Avalanche will be watching closely as he continues to settle into the lineup.
Some roster movement
3 losses in four games to close out the week for the Nordiques that started with some promise after a 5-2 win over the Bruins. With two back to back sets in the week ahead, look for the coaches to jumble the lines and try to give some players time off to recover. Not every player needs to record 82 games in a season that is clearly designed to increase lottery odds
The Nordiques made an offer sheet to centre Connor Mrakic in an attempt to shore up their depth with a younger option. A fourth round pick is the current rate for a contract at that level so time will tell what the Blues front office thinks. For defensive depth the team brought former Nordique Martin Kupkovic back to the team on a one year contract.

Young Talent Aleksi Lundén to Make PSHL Debut with Colorado Avalanche
The Colorado Avalanche are preparing for the debut of 19-year-old forward Aleksi Lundén, who brings experience from the AHL and Finland’s Liiga. Lundén has played 7 games with the Colorado Eagles this season and last season recorded 15 points across 37 games before being loaned to Finland’s KooKoo, where he added 11 points in 16 games.
